Pepper steak 'au gratin'

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 tbsp vinegar
  • salt
  • coarse pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 4 sirloin steaks (around 170 g each)
  • 200 g champignons
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 75 g of pepper cream-cheese

How to make Pepper steak 'au gratin'

Peel and chop the onion. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Briskly blend in the oil. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Sort, clean and wash the salad, pluck it with the fingers and let the water drip off. Mix with the tomatoes and marinade. Pat off any excess water. Clean and wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean and wash the spring onions. The meat needs around 8 minutes on the contact grill, while the mushrooms and vegetables need only about 3 minutes. Season all pieces to taste. Towards the end, grill some cheese over the meat (au gratin). Season with pepper.
