Champignon-gyros pan
Ingredients:
- 2 large onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g small champignons
- 2 zucchini
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 - 1
- 2 kg thin veal stripes ‘gyros style’"
- 75g black olives
- salt
- black pepper
- 200 g cream
- 300 g creamy yogurt
- pickled red pepper
- herbs
- lemon slice, untreated
How to make Champignon-gyros pan
Peel the onions, cut into cubes. Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Heat up the oil in the party pan. Sear the gyros briefly at 150 °C, then move it to the fringe of the pan. Fry the mushrooms, onions and zucchini for around 5 minutes. Mix in with the tomatoes and olives, season to taste. Add 100 ml water and cream and let it stew at low heat for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed. Arrange with yogurt and garnish to taste.
