Sherry coffee with vanilla cream
- 1 egg white
- 125 ml cream
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 8 cl sherry
- 1/2 l cold coffee
How to make Sherry coffee with vanilla cream
Whip the egg white and then, separately, the cream and vanilla sugar until the mixture is stiff. Blend the cream and egg white. Fill four coffee cups with 2 cl sherry and a quarter of the cream/egg-white mixture, top up with hot coffee and serve immediately. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
