Salmon canapées with herbs

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon steak (around 1 kg)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch/small pot estragon or thyme
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 lettuce
  • ½ red and ½ yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make Salmon canapées with herbs

Wash the salmon and pat it dry. Peel and finely slice the garlic. Wash and chop the estragon. Mix both ingredients together with lemon in 5 tbsp of oil. Pour the mixture over the salmon and leave it standing to cool down for around 30 minutes. Clean and wash the salad, dry it and pluck it with the fingers. Clean and wash the bell pepper and cut in slices. Peel and chop the onion. Mix with vinegar and 3 tbsp oil and season to taste. Mix all ingredients gently and loosely. Pat the salmon dry. Grill for 8-10 minutes on the contact grill, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the dish with the salad.
